Verification before you can withdraw
- Check the deposit-turnover condition. The reviewed terms state that a deposit must be wagered once before withdrawal. This is a reported restriction, not advice to gamble more to unlock funds.
- Check identity requirements.Passport, identity card or driver's licence.
- Prove your address and payment method. The casino can also ask for more documents or a video call.
- Answer within two weeks.AskGamblers reports that accounts are locked if requested documents are not sent within two weeks.
- Withdraw to the deposit method. Two complaints involve withdrawals cancelled because a different method was chosen, or because the original card was closed.
A delayed withdrawal: identify the stage first
“Pending”, “approved” and “paid” can describe different stages. A published payment-method estimate cannot tell you which stage your request has reached. Use the status in your account and the operator’s written response to establish a timeline.
Pending or awaiting verification
Record the request date, amount, currency and reference. Ask whether the hold concerns identity checks, a payment-method mismatch or a bonus condition, and which specific document or rule is involved. Request a clear explanation of when its processing estimate starts. Do not send identity documents to this review website or post them on a forum.
Cancelled or rejected
Save the stated reason and the version of the relevant terms. If the original payment method is closed or unavailable, ask support for its approved alternative in writing. Repeatedly submitting the same request without resolving the stated issue may not help. Do not deposit or gamble more merely because someone claims that this will release your money.
Marked paid but not received
Ask for the payment date and a traceable transaction reference. For a bank or card payment, give the reference to your provider through its official support channel. For cryptocurrency, confirm the asset, network and transaction identifier; a screenshot of an account status is not itself proof of an on-chain transfer. Never share a wallet seed phrase or private key.
Keep a concise dispute record
- Withdrawal reference, dates, amount, currency and payment method.
- Status changes and the operator’s written explanations.
- The exact disputed condition and the remedy you are requesting.
- Redacted supporting records: remove identity numbers, full card details and private account information before any public complaint.
These steps organise the evidence; they cannot guarantee recovery. Our complaint review explains the limits of public dispute records. For gambling-related distress, visit Gambling Help Online.
Australian context
ACMA has found that RocketPlay is a prohibited interactive gambling service with an Australian-customer link. Money sent to an offshore operator is not protected by an Australian licence, and Australian regulators may not be able to recover it in a dispute.
