What the records suggest

  • Withdrawals and payments are the most common topic, followed by bonus wagering disputes.
  • Most listed complaints are marked resolved, but a resolution label does not show how long the player waited or what was paid.
  • Ten public complaints is a small sample. Many players never file a public complaint, so these numbers are not a complete picture.

How to raise a complaint

  1. Contact support in writing.Use live chat or email so you have a record. Ask for a reference number.
  2. Keep evidence.Save transaction IDs, screenshots of your balance, bonus terms that applied and all correspondence.
  3. Ask for escalation.Request a written reason for any delayed, cancelled or reduced payment.
  4. Use an independent complaint service.Sites such as AskGamblers and Casino Guru mediate disputes between players and casinos.
  5. Know the Australian limits. An overseas licence is not Australian authorisation, so Australian regulators may not be able to resolve a dispute with an offshore operator.
